基于协调度模型的土地集约利用评价:以杨凌农业高新技术产业示范区为例

摘　　要：为了探究杨凌示范区的土地集约利用情况,通过构建土地集约利用评价指标体系(包括21个评价指标),利用层次分析法和熵值法相结合对各指标进行权重的综合赋值,对杨凌示范区土地集约利用协调度进行评价。结果表明:杨凌示范区土地集约利用协调度为0.62。其形成原因在于:1)杨凌示范区受国家政策影响,区内产业结构单一、规模较小,工业力量薄弱,发展失衡;2)杨凌示范区虽然科技展示能力巨大,但未能直接将科技研发能力转化为经济发展能力,土地创新能力得不到真正体现。In order to investigate the land intensive utilization of the Yangling Demonstration Zone, aiming at the particularity of this region, the authors constructed an index system by 21 index of land intensive utilization evaluation, and gave the index weight by AHP and Entropy Value Method of comprehensive assignment. The results showed that the coordination degree was 0.62. The causes of this phenomenon： 1） Yangling Demonstration Zone was influenced by state policy,the industrial structure was vulnerable; 2） Though the Yangling Demonstration Zone showed the role of the science and technology ability,it failed to directly take the science and technology research and development ability into economic development ability,and the innovation ability was not reallv reflected.
