摘　　要：为促进渭南市农村土地承包经营权流转的健康发展,基于渭南市农村土地承包经营权流转现状,分析了农村土地承包经营权流转的各种动力因素,提出了通过建设和完善土地流转管理服务、土地流转指导价格评估、政府政策引导、产业发展助推等机制,推进农村土地承包经营权的流转。All kinds of motivation factors of contracted management rights transfer of rural lands were analyzed based on the present situation in Weinan to promote the scientific development of contracted management rights of rural lands. Some mechanisms were proposed to promote the transfer of contracted management rights transfer of rural lands, including land transfer management service mechanism, price guiding and evaluating mechanism, government policy guidance mechanism, and industrial development booster mechanism.
