提高新生儿监护病房医务人员手卫生依从性防控医院感染的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨手卫生在新生儿监护病房(NICU)医院感染控制中的作用。方法 2009～2011年通过完善NICU手卫生设施、督查手卫生产品用量、督导手卫生执行情况,观察对NICU医务人员手卫生依从性和医院感染发病率的影响。结果速干手消剂用量逐年增加:12.17ml/病人日(2009年)、17.21ml/病人日(2010年)、21.26 ml/病人日(2011年),手卫生依从率逐年提高55.74%(2009年)、73.02%(2010年)、98.88%(2011年)。NICU医院感染发病率逐年降低9.55%(2009年)、6.64%(2010年)、3.31%(2011年)。结论提高NICU医务人员手卫生依从性有助于降低医院感染发生率。Objective To Investigate the role of hand hygiene in the heahhcare-associated infection （HAI） prevention and control in the neonatal intensive care unit（NICU）. Methods NICU medical staff hand hygiene compliance was enhanced by improving hand hygiene facilities, supervision and the amount of hand hygiene products and supervision of the implementation of the hand hygiene during 2009-2011. NICU medical staff hand hygiene compliance and HAI incidence were observed. Results Th e consumption of alcohol-based hand rub increased an＇nually： 12. 17m l/patient day （2009）, 17. 21ml / patient day （2010）, 21.26 ml/patient day（2011 ）. Hand hygiene compliance rate has increased annually ： 55. 74% （2009）, 73.02% （ 2010 ）, 98. 88% （ 2011 ）. NICU HAI rate decreased annually ：9. 55 % （ 2009 ） ,6. 64% （2010） ,3.31% （2011 ）. Conclusion Improve the medical staff hand hygiene compli- ance can help reduce the HAl incidence of NICU.
