摘  要:在大功率风机变流器中,绝缘栅双极型晶体管(IGBT)的工作可靠性对整个风电机组的安全运行有着直接影响。分析了驱动窄脉冲对风机变流器IGBT可靠运行的危害,并从理论上阐述了空间矢量调制(SVM)中窄脉冲出现的原理及限制方法。同时基于28335型DSP不对称死区设置的特点,指出不对称死区设置将进一步减少触发窄脉冲的宽度而却使得关断窄脉冲最少维持了2个死区时间。但关断窄脉冲对IGBT单元体反并联二极管的危害却依然值得关注。最后给出了相关测试波形,对窄脉冲问题的分析和抑制具有参考意义。In high-power wind turbine converter, reliability of insulated gated bipolar transistor(IGBT) has direct influence on safe operation of the whole wind turbine.Harm of IGBT running reliably driven by narrow pulse for wind turbine converter is discussed.Then formation principle and suppression method of narrow pulse in space vector modulation (SVM) are illuminated in theory.Based on the asymmetric dead-time setting characters of the DSP 28335, the width of triggering narrow pulse is further reduced and the width of closing narrow pulse is maintained at least two deadtimes. But the harm coming from closing narrow pulse to anti-parallel diodes of IGBT unit is still worth paying attention.The related experimental results are offered and the reference value could be applied in narrow pulse analysis and suppression.
