摘  要:随着对蓄电池脉冲快速充放电研究的深入,对精确脉冲发生装置及控制算法的研究显得越来越重要。提出一种基于DSP的蓄电池充放电脉冲发生电路,可对充放电脉冲的发生时间、幅值和宽度进行精确控制。并针对短时间脉冲的控制需要,提出一种改进型PI控制算法,可使充电电流尽快稳定在参考值附近。在此基础上研制了一台基于TMS28336型DSP,容量为20 kVA的脉冲充放电装置,并对其进行了脉冲充电电流为500 A,脉冲放电电流为1 500 A的脉冲发生实验,结果验证了所提出的脉冲发生电路和控制算法的可行性,其放电电流平均值精度可达99.5%,纹波误差为1%。With the research of battery fast impulse charging and discharging progressing, the study of the precise impulse generating device and the control algorithm become more and more important.A DSP-based charging and discharging impulse generating circuit is presented which can precisely control the trigger time, amplitude and width of the charging and discharging impulse.Considering the needs of fast control for short impulses, an improved PI control algorithm is proposed to hold the charging current stable around the reference value as soon as possible.A 20 kVA charging and discharging impulse generating device is developed based on the DSP TMS28336, and on which the experiment of 500 A charging impulse and 1 500 A discharging impulse current is completed.The results validate the feasibility of the proposed generating circuit and the control algorithm,based on which 99.5% accuracy of average value of charging and discharging current can be achieved, and the ripple error is 1%.
