摘  要:北京奥林匹克公园瞭望塔属柔性超高层钢结构建筑,高度达248m,结构形式复杂,高空测量定位难度大。施工中通过钢结构深化设计三维模型求出吊装单元体安装测量控制点三维坐标;测量校正时间选在日照及风力较小时进行,同时应保持塔式起重机平衡状态停塔等措施,解决了塔式起重机锚固、日照及风荷载等外力对塔体作用产生变形对测量校正的影响,为类似工程施工积累了经验。The 248m-high sightseeing tower in Beijing Olympic Park is a superhigh flexible steel structure which is complex and difficult for aerial measurement and positioning. During construction, three-dimension coordinates of measurement control point for hoisting unit installation are calculated through in-depth design of steel structure three-dimension model; the measurement calibration is carried out when sunshine and wind are relatively weak, and tower crane is stopped under balanced state to successfully avoid the influence on measurement calibration due to tower body deformation caused by external forces, such as anchorage of tower crane, sunshine and wind load, etc. Valuable experiences have been provided for construction of similar projects.
