摘  要:某无人飞机在飞行试验中,出现主起落架在地面运动中缓冲器卡滞现象。以该无人机主起落架为研究对象,建立了简化受力分析模型,并推导了该型无人机主起落架上下轴承支反力与地面载荷的函数关系。估算了该型无人机主起落架的地面载荷工况,并据此进行了缓冲器静态和动态临界摩擦系数分析。分析表明:在偏航着陆工况和最大回弹载荷工况下,临界摩擦系数为0.008 6和0.050 4,易发生卡滞现象。In the flight test of a certain pilotless aircraft, binding phenomenon appears on the shock absorber when the main landing gear move on the ground. Researching on the main landing gear of the certain pilotless aircraft, simplified mechanical analysis model has been build and function relationship between ground loads and the supports reaction of the upper and lower bearings on the main landing gear of the certain pilotless aircraft has been derived as well. Estimate the ground loads conditions of the main landing gear of the certain pilotless aircraft, and accordingly analyse the critical friction coefficient of the shock absorber in both static and dynamic conditions. The analysis showed that the critical friction coefficient are 0. 0086 and 0. 0504 respectively in yaw landing and maximal spring back drag load conditions, where binding phenomenon is prone to occur.
