摘  要:为了遵守车轮轮径差限度要求,在机车检修作业中旋修擦伤或磨耗车轮时经常需要对同机车其他未伤损车轮也进行旋修,往往会造成极大的浪费。鉴于此,以某三轴转向架电力机车为研究对象,采用仿真分析方法研究了不同轴位的轮径差对机车动力学性能的影响。采用SIMPACK软件建立机车动力学分析模型,计算了只对第一位转向架单个轮对旋修时机车的动力学响应。结果表明,各种工况下机车运行安全性指标均未超出限度值,在制定轮对旋修方案时从机车运行安全性的角度考虑可适当放宽机车同一转向架轮径差限度要求;但由于各轴轮对存在轮径差会对轮轨垂向力和机车的运行安全性指标产生一定的影响,同时也会对各轴牵引电机的工作性能产生影响,因此具体的轮径差限度值要通过进一步的试验和仿真研究来确定。In order to meet the wheel diameter difference limitation, usually the locomotive wheels with no flat or wear also must be re paired together with the flat or wear wheel, which is a great waste. Thus the influence of wheel diameter difference on the locomotive dynamic performance is investigated by simulation analysis method based on a certain locomotive in the present. The dynamic analysis model of this locomotive is built by using the SIMPACK, and the locomotive dynamic responses under the case that only one wheel is repaired are calculated. The results show that although the wheel diameter difference in one bogie has some influences on the wheel rail vertical forces and running safety index, the wheel diameter difference limitation can also be extended after more detailed test and simu- lation research.
