摘　　要：在回顾天津市滨海新区绿化建设成就的基础上,从宏观角度分析探讨了本地区制约造林绿化的主要矛盾,并提出了促进滨海地区环境绿化健康发展的主要途径与思路,以期为类似地区提供参考意见。Based on the reviewing of greening construction achievement in Tianjin Binhai New Area, the principal contradiction of afforestation in the region were investigated from the macro perspective, and the main ways and ideas of promoting the healthy development of environmental greening in coastal areas were put forward , in order to provide the reference for the similar area.
