摘  要:设3个不同层积天数,对平欧杂种榛和毛榛种子进行层积催芽试验,将层积后的种子播种在3种不同的土壤基质(羊粪+沙壤土、牛粪+沙壤土和沙壤土)上,测定这3种基质对平欧杂种榛和毛榛实生苗生长的影响。结果表明,层积60d以上对打破平欧杂种榛和毛榛种子的休眠有较好的作用,能显著提高其出苗率。层积90d有促进榛苗高生长的作用。不同基质对榛苗高的影响差异显著,其中牛粪+沙壤土这种基质的苗高极显著高于沙壤土的,沙壤土这种基质的苗高极显著高于羊粪+沙壤土的。This study designed 3 different stratification days, seeds of the hybrid hazelnut, C. mandshurica were stratification tested, the seeds after stratification seeded in 3 types of soil matrix (sheep, cattle manure + sandy loam and sandy loam and sandy loam), effect of 3 kinds of matrix on the hybrid hazelnut and C. martdshurica seedling growth was determined. The results showed that stratification more than 60 days for dormancy breaking of hybrids hazelnut, C. mandshurica seeds had good effect, it could significantly improve the emergence rate. Stratification for 90 days could promote the hazel seedling height growth. Influences of different substrates on hazel seedling height was significant, the seedling height in cow dung and sandy loam matrix were significantly higher than that of sandy loam, and sandy loam matrix was significantly higher than that in sheep manure + sand loam.
