摘  要:为提高断路器及隔离开关操作的效率及事故处理的实效性,减轻无人值班站值班人员延时到站所造成的隐患,对电网调度的远方操作进行了研究。通过统计广东电网断路器及隔离开关设备中具备站端遥控及远方遥控的比例,分析了不具备遥控功能的设备的主要原因及改进策略,并结合500 kV祯州变电站能量管理系统参数的设置,对调度远方操作的推进工作的困难与风险进行了总结。For improving efficiency of operation of breaker and disconnector and effectiveness of accident handling, mean- while reducing hidden dangers caused for reason of late arrival of operators on duty at non-attended substation, this paper studies dispatching remote operation of the power grid. By counting proportions of breakers and disconnectors in Guangdong power grid respectively provided with functions of standing side remote control and remote control, it analyzes main reasons for those equipments deficient of remote function and related improvement strategy. Combining with configuration of pa- rameters of energy management system in 500 kv Zhenzhou substation, it summarizes difficulties and risks in advancing work of dispatching remote operation.
