论我国警察权利的保护

摘　　要：警察作为国家强制力得以实现的坚强后盾,因其权力执行者的角色而被社会广泛关注。然而,在人权保护意识单向向普通公民权利倾斜的时代,警察的健康权、休息权、人格权等基本权利以及执法的特别权利都没有得到很好的保护。As the strong support of achieving the coercive of the state, police draws wide public concern because of its role of power enforcement. However ,police＇ s basic fights such as fight of health ,fight of rest ,fight of personality and special right on law enforcement have not been protected well in the time of human fights protection inclining to common citizens uni-directionally.
