摘 要:目的探讨血液生化检测分析阶段质控影响因素情况。方法采用回顾性分析和查阅资料的方法,对血液生化检测的分析前阶段、分析中阶段、分析后阶段的质控影响因素进行分析。结果分析前阶段影响因素主要包括患者的年龄、性别、药物、标本检测前处理等;分析中阶段影响因素包括血液生化监测仪器和试剂的影响;分析后阶段主要影响因素是标本分离不好、标本溶血、仪器管道发生堵塞等引起生化检测标本出现误差。结论保证血液生化检测分析各阶段质量,可提高生化实验室检测水平和结果的准确性,最大限度的减少误差,为临床治疗提供可靠地、准确的理论依据。Objective To explore the influencing factors for phase quality control in blood biochemical detection. Methods The levels of BUN, Cre, Glu, UA, TG and TC of control serum (batch 16395700) were examined with Roche MODULAR - P automatic biochemical analyzer in this hospital. Results The quality of examination of TG reached the quality level of 6 Sigma quality standards, the quality of detection of Cre was equal to 6 Sigma quality standards, the quality of examination of UA and Glu was basically same as 6 Sigma quality standards, and the quality of examination of BUN and TC was lower than 6 Sigma quality standards. Conclusion The blood biochemical examination is clinically important testing items, care should be taken to improve the quality control standard of pre - stage blood biochemical analysis in order to provide important reference value for clinical diagnosis, treatment and prognosis.
