摘  要:基于强碱对涤纶纱线具有显著的减量作用,用NaOH溶液对涤纶纱线进行处理,以减少纺织加工过程的静电问题.通过实验,对比分析了碱处理的NaOH浓度和反应温度对涤纶纱线的碱减量和强度的影响,得出了最佳工艺条件为NaOH浓度50g/L,反应温度80℃,碱处理时间2h.以苯胺为原料,对碱减处理过的涤纶采用原位聚合法,制备了聚苯胺/涤纶复合导电纱线.对比研究了过硫酸铵与苯胺单体的摩尔比和硫酸浓度对纱线导电性能的影响,得出了最佳工艺条件为过硫酸铵/苯胺单体摩尔比1∶1,硫酸浓度1mol/L,反应时间6h,反应温度15~25℃.最佳工艺条件下,涤纶纱线的电阻约为300Ω/cm.The electrostatic phenomena of polyester yarn is serious in the textile processing,in order to reduce it,polyester yarn should be processed. Based on alkali reduction of polyester yarn, polyester yarn is treated by using caustic soda. The effect of the density of caustic soda and the reaction temperature on alkali reduction and breaking strength of polyester yarn were studied, the optimal reaction conditions are as follows :the density of caustic soda is 50g/L, the reaction temperature is 80℃ ,the alkali treatment time is 2 h. Polyaniline/polyester compound conductive yarn was prepared through in-situ polymerization synthesis and using aniline as a raw material. The effect of the molar ratio of ammonium persulfate and aniline,the density of sulfuric acid on the conductivity of polyaniline/polyester compound conductive yarn were studied. The optimal reaction conditions:the molar ratio of ammonium persulfate and aniline is 1 : 1,the density of sulfuric acid is lmol/L,the reaction time is 6h,the reaction temperature is 15-25℃. Under the optimal reaction conditions, the resistance of polyester yarn is about 300Ω· cm^-1.
