摘  要:采用了32位定点DSP TMS320F2812为核心处理器,在外围设计上采用高精度集成电路,进行高精度电液伺服控制器的硬件设计,并扩展其RS232与CAN总线通信功能.针对电液伺服系统的非线性,将PID控制与模糊控制相结合构成模糊PID复合控制,在切换点建立合理的模糊切换函数,在过渡区域使用基于切换函数的算法进行平滑切换,避免了由两种控制器算法的改变导致系统的不稳定.实际的测试与应用表明,这种复合控制具有更快的动态响应特性,更小的超调,同时又比模糊控制具有更高的稳定精度.The hardware design of high precision controller is completed, which uses 32-bit fixed-point DSP TMS320 F2812 as the core processor, and high-precision integrated circuits is used in Peripheral design. Besides it communi- cation functions of RS232 and CAN bus is extended. For the nonlinear of electro-hydraulic servo system, the digital PID control and fuzzy control constitute fuzzy PID compound control,and the reasonable fuzzy switching function at the switching point is established. The algorithm based on switching function is used in the transition region for smooth switching, to avoid system instability for the switching of two controllers' algorithm. The practical test shows this compound control has faster dynamic response characteristics,smaller overshoot. At the same time, it has higher stable aeettracy than fuzzy control.
