摘　　要：目的　对白莲洗剂的制备与质量控制标准进行研究 ,并初步考察其临床疗效。方法　用荧光显色法及薄层色谱法对主要成分蛇床子素及盐酸小檗碱进行定性鉴别 ,并设对照组对其临床疗效进行观察。结果　本制剂工艺稳定 ,有效成分的鉴别特征性强 ,重现性好。治疗组总有效率为 94.1% ,与对照组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　白莲洗剂对霉菌性、滴虫性与非特异性等阴道炎 ,临床效果良好。具有安全、高效。OBJECTIVE To study the preparation and quality control of Bailian lotion and investigate its clinical effects.METHOD The main ingredients, fructus cnidii and jamaicin hydrochloride, were qualitatively identified by fluorescence coloration and thin-layer chromatography,respectively.RESULTS The preparation technology was stable.The identification of active constituents was characteristic and repeatable.The effective rate was 94.1% with significant difference (P<0.01) compared with the control group.CONCLUSLON The lotion can be used in the treatment of colpomycosis,trichomonas vaginitis and nonspecific vaginitis with good clinical effects. lt features safety,high effectiveness and low toxicity.
