贵州各级疾病预防控制机构水质检测能力的调查

摘　　要：目的了解贵州各级疾病预防控制中心生活饮用水水质检测能力现状,分析影响因素,为水质检测能力建设提供参考。方法应用专用调查表,对贵州省各级疾病预防控制中心水质检验能力进行调查分析。结果参照《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB5749-2006)106项水质指标,省级疾控中心有能力检测和通过认证/认可的指标分别占88.7%和49.1%,地(市)级分别占32.9%和30.9%,县级分别占21.1%和24.8%。大多数地(市)、县级疾控中心水质检测设备只能满足常规指标中微生物指标、感官性状和一般化学指标的要求,大型水质检测仪器严重缺乏。缺技术、试剂、人员、仪器、标准物质及检验方法书籍是影响全省水质检测能力的主要原因。结论贵州省各级疾病预防控制机构水质检测能力还不能满足《生活饮用水卫生标准》要求,急需提高检测能力。OBJECTIVE To understand the status of the ability of water quality detection for all levels centers of disease pre- vention and control in Guizhou, and analyze affecting factors, so as to provide the reference for the ability-building of water quality detection. METHODS A special questionnaire was used to conduct general survey and analysis on the ability of water quality detection for all levels centers of disease control and prevention in Guizhou. RESULTS By contrast with 106 water quali- ty items stipulated by standards for drinking water quality （GB 5749-2006）, the percentages of performable and certificated or accredited testing items were 88.7% and 49.1% for provincial institution, 32.9% and 30.9% for municipal institutions, 21.1% and 24.8% for county institutions, respectively. The water quality analysis equipment allocated in mostly city- and county-level institutions could only meet the requirements of microorganism, sensitive character and general chemical indexes, and the large-scale analytical equipments for water quality analysis was seriously deficient at city- and county-level. The main factors that affected the testing ability were short of the technique, reagent, laboratory staff, equipment, standard material and stan- dard method book. CONCLUSION The testing ability for all levels of disease control and prevention in Guizhou can not reach the standards for drinking water quality （GB 5749-2006） requirements, and it needs to be improved.
