摘　　要：目的通过一起罕见的办公楼内二氧化碳中毒事件的报告,探讨对其的预防和急救。方法调查发生办公楼内二氧化碳中毒事件的原因,对中毒者进行生化指标监测和临床救治。结果 15例中毒者被成功救治,但部分中毒者出现昏迷、休克和发生代谢性酸中毒等。结论加强消防器材二氧化碳灭火系统的安全管理十分有必要,发生中毒后应积极现场救治。OBJECTIVE To report a rare carbon dioxide poisoning accident in the office, so as to explore the prevention and the first aid in this kind of accident. METHODS The reason of carbon dioxide poisoning accident in the office was investigated and the biochemical indicators was observed while treating the poisoned patients, RESULTS 15 cases of poisoned patients had been successfully rescued, but some of them were coma, shock and metabolic acidosis. CONCLUTION The security manage- ment of the carbon dioxide fire extinguishing system in the office is necessary and the first aid is important in poisoning accident.
