摘　　要：目的了解中低收入女性性工作者(FSW)商业性性行为中的职业侵害与HIV感染风险之间的关系。方法对某市561名中低收入FSW进行面对面匿名问卷调查,按照最近1年商业性行为中未遭受过职业侵害分为A组,至少遭受过1种职业侵害被分为B组,对比两组在艾滋病相关知识、态度、行为、泌尿生殖系统感染症状、干预服务利用上是否存在差异。结果最近1年的商业性性行为中,81.6%被调查者遭受过与性工作有关的职业侵害。B组(受侵害组)较A组艾滋病知识得分高,每月平均接客天数多,提供口交服务的人数多,最近3个月无保护商业性性行为发生率高,最近1年出现泌尿生殖系统自觉症状人数多,正确求医行为少,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论中低收入FSW在商业性性行为中容易遭受职业侵害。遭受职业侵害的FSW其HIV感染风险增高,应当引起关注。OBJECTIVE To understand the relationship between professional violations and HIV infection risk of female sex workers in commercial sexual behaviors. METHODS 561 low-income female sex workers were surveyed by face to face ques- tionnaire in anonymous. FSW without suffering professional violations was group A, and FSW suffering professional violations at least once was group B. The difference in AIDS related knowledge, attitude and behavior, genitourinary system infection symp- toms and use of intervention services between two groups were compared. RESULTS 81.6% respondents suffered at least one time professional violations related to sex work. There was statistical significance between two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Group B got higher scores of AIDS knowledge, met clients more days per month, more number of people offered oral sex, higher rate of un- protected sexual behavior with client in the past 3 months, more people had genitourinary system self-report symptom in recent one year but less correct medical behaviors. CONCLUSION Low-income females are easier to suffer professional violations in commercial sexual behaviors. It＇s worth to pay attention to that the risk of HIV infection in FSW who suffered professional viola- tions is higher than who did not.
