江西省儿童过敏性紫癜住院病例发病情况调查

摘　　要：目的了解江西省儿童过敏性紫癜住院病例的发生率及流行病学特征,为开展预防接种的安全性评价提供参考依据。方法对南昌市、宜春市和景德镇市所有县级及以上医院2007～2009年发病且年龄≤14岁的过敏性紫癜住院病例进行调查。结果 3市26个县区共调查77所医院,共搜索到1073例儿童过敏性紫癜病例;年平均发病率为14.06/10万,其中男性发病率为16.31/10万,女性为11.54/10万;5～9岁儿童发病率最高为26.01/10万;每年1～3月和9～12月为发病高峰。结论江西省儿童过敏性紫癜住院病例发病率为14/10万左右,男性、学龄期儿童、冬春季易高发。建议今后开展群体性接种活动不要在10月进行,避免预防接种后偶合其他因素引起的HSP病例。OBJECTIVE To investigate the Henoch-Schonlein Purpura incidence and epidemiological characteristics of children in Jiangxi Province, and help conduct safety assessment on vaccination. METHODS All the Henoch-Schonlein Purpura cases younger than 14 years old who fell ill during 2007-2009 and hospitalized in either county or higher classes hospitals located in Nanchang, Jingdezhen and Yichun municipality were investigated. RESULTS 1 073 children of Henoch-Schonlein Purpura cases were investigated. The average annual incidence was 14.06/100 000, and the masculine incidence was 16.31/100 000, while the feminine incidence was 11.54/100 000. The incidence of 5-9 year-old age group was the highest and it was 26.01/ 100 000. The peak of incidence was from January to March and September to December every year. CONCLUTION The Henoch-Schonlein Purpura incidence of children is about 14/100 000 in Jiangxi Province. The masculine incidence is relatively higher than the feminine incidence, and the school-age is the peak age group as well as that the spring and winter are the peak seasons. These findings suggest that the future mass campaign vaccination should not be developed in October, so as to avoid coincidental HSP cases following vaccination.
