芜湖市2009～2011年市辖托幼机构儿童健康体检结果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨2009～2011年芜湖市市辖托幼机构儿童健康状况的变化趋势,为加强和改进托幼机构的卫生保健工作提供依据。方法对2009～2011年芜湖市市辖10所托幼机构的儿童每年进行常规健康体检的资料进行分析。结果近3年来芜湖市市辖托幼机构儿童体重、身高发育良好;儿童乳牙龋齿发病率波动不大,在35.4%～37.7%之间;营养性贫血检出率由5.5%下降至2.2%(P﹤0.05);视力不良检出率由5.4%上升至9.2%(P﹤0.05);3年来平均肥胖检出率为5%,差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05),以轻、中度肥胖为主。结论加强芜湖市托幼机构卫生保健管理,龋齿、视力不良和肥胖的儿童是干预重点。OBJECTIVE To investigate change tendency in health status of collective children in child care institutions of Wuhu City from 2009 to 2011, provide a scientific basis for improving the level of health service. METHODS The nurseries children＇ s physical examination reports from 2009 to 2011 were analyzed retrospectively. RESULTS The current status of physique growth of children in Wuhu city was good. The rate of dental caries of teeth fluctuated slightly between 35.4% and 37.7% ; The rate of nutritional anemia dropped from 5.5% to 2.2% and the rate of hypopsia increased from 5.4% to 9.2% in recent three years. The incidence of nurseries children＇s obesity was 5% in recent three years. CONCLUSION The health management of children in kindergartens and nurseries should be strengthened. The dental caries, hypopsia and obesity in children are the fo- cus of interventions.
