摘　　要：介绍了复方替硝唑漱口液的制备方法和质量标准 .平均回收率 ,替哨唑为 10 2 39% ,RSD为 0 6 4% ;盐酸环丙沙星为 99 48% ,RSD为 0 2 0 %The preparation method and quality control of the compound tinidazole gargle were studied. The average recovery of tinidazole was 102 39%, RSD= 0 64% and that of ciprofloxacin hydrochloride was 99 48%, RSD =0 20%.The results of bacteriostatic experiments,stability tests and irritant experiment showed that this gargle had good bacteriostatic effect,high stability and no irritability.
