摘 要:目的了解渝东北某区社区卫生服务机构人力资源配置现状,分析存在的问题,为优化社区卫生人力资源提供依据。方法采用调查问卷对该区21个社区卫生服务机构人力资源配置现状进行普查。结果每万社区居民拥有社区医师数、防保人员数和护士数分别为1.36、0.41和1.25,医护比例为1:0.71。社区卫生服务技术人员以女性为主(63.99%),30岁以下者占58.39%,第一学历以中专(47.20%)为主,最高学历以大专为主(50.35%),职称以初级为主(63.39%),编制人员比例偏小(28.32%)。结论人力资源配备数量不足、结构不合理、人员素质有待提高,应加强社区人才队伍建设,促进社区卫生服务的快速发展。OBJECTIVE To know the current situation and the existing problem of human resources in the CHS in a district of Northeast Chongqing, so as to provide a scientific way to deploy human recourses reasonably. METHODS Investigate the cur- rent situation of human recourses in 21 CHS institutions by questionnaire. RESULTS Average each ten thousand residents pos- sessed 1.36 clinicians, 0.41 prophylactic personnel and 1.25 nurses. Ratio of doctors/nurses was 1/0.71. Women had a higher proportion (63.99%), the proportion of less than 30 years old was 58.39%. The first degree was major in technical secondary school (47.20%) and the highest degree was major in junior college (50.35%). The positional titles was major with primary level (63.39%), and the proportion of staff was small (28.32%). CONCLUSION The quantity of human resources is not e- nough, the structure of human resources was not reasonable, and the quality of human resources needed to be improved. We suggest to enhance the construction of staff in CHS and promote the rapid development of community health services.
