摘　　要：目的了解招标疫苗的安全性和免疫效果,为政府制定和调整防控策略提供科学依据。方法采用流行病学队列研究方法进行,用《流感疫苗安全性及效果效益评价调查表》进行随访调查。用症状出现的反应率作为安全性评价指标,接种效益和效益成本比作为评价效益指标,采用EPIDATA数据库软件进行数据录入,应用SPSS10.0统计软件进行统计学分析,运用卫生经济学评价方法进行成本效益分析。结果老人接种组1人发病,对照组3人发病;学生接种组2人发病,对照组5人发病和11例流感样病例,老年组在接种第3和6个月内,效益成本比分别为1.77:1和2.03:1;学生组在流感疫苗接种第3和6个月内,效益成本比分别为1.2:1和1.3:1,本研究老人有1.70%(7/412)自述局部出现疼痛,1.46%(6/412)局部出现硬结,学生有1.40%(5/356)局部出现疼痛,0.84%(3/356)局部出现发热症状。结论老年人和学生接种流感疫苗,不仅有效预防流感的发生和流行,取得很好的社会经济效益,也是安全可行的.OBJECTIVE To evaluate the security and immunization effect of tendering vaccine, and provide scientific evidence for government to establish and adjust preventive measures. METHODS By epidemiological cohort study method, ＂question- naire for influenza vaccine security and effect, benefit evaluation＂ was used to do follow-up survey. Reaction rate of symptoms was as a safety evaluation index, inoculation efficiency and the benefit cost ratio as an evaluation index of benefit, EPIDATA database software for data input, SPSS 10 statistical software for analysis data and health economic evaluation methods for cost benefit analysis. RESULTS There was one case in elderly vaccination group, 3 cases in control group; 2 cases in students vac- cinated group, 5 cases in control group and 11 cases of influenza-like cases. In the inoculation of 3 and 6 months in the elderly group, benefit cost ratio were 1.77 ： 1 and 2.03 ： 1 respectively; Students group in influenza vaccination in 3 and 6 months, benefit cost ratio were 1.2 ： 1 and 1.3 ： 1 respectively; 1.70% （7/412） of the elderly man had self-reported local pain, 1.46% （6/412） with local induration; 1.40% （5/356） of students had the emergence of local pain, and 0.84% （3/356） with local fever symptoms. CONCLUSION The elderly and students are injected influenza vaccination, which not only will help them get effective against influenza epidemic, but also achieve good social and economic benefits, and the behavior is safe and feasible.
