摘　　要：目的分析乌鲁木齐市急性弛缓性麻痹(AFP)病例监测工作的现况,评价监测工作质量。方法对2003～2008年乌鲁木齐市所有医疗机构AFP病例主动监测上报资料和实验室的最终检测结果进行分析。结果各年AFP病例报告率均达到1/10万的国家标准,92例AFP病例的合格粪便标本的病毒分离,结果均为阴性。结论在乌鲁木齐市各区县之间计划免疫工作发展不平衡,薄弱地区和薄弱环节依然存在的现状下,乌鲁木齐市仍保持着无脊灰状态。OBJECTIVE To analyze the monitoring status of acute flaccid paralysis （AFP） cases and evaluate the quality of work in Urumqi. METHODS The final data and laboratory test results of all AFP cases in Urumqi medical institutions reported between 2003-2008 were analyzed. RESULTS The report rates of AFP cases all reached the national standard of 1/100 000 ev- ery year. The results of virus isolation from stool specimens were negative in 92 AFP cases. CONCLUSION The planned immu- nization develops unevenly among the districts and counties in Urumqi city. The city remains polio-free status althoughthe weak areas and weak links still exist now.
