摘 要:目的探讨不同方式血液净化对维持性血液透析(MHD)患者血抵抗素的清除及意义。方法 MHD患者61例按随机数字表法分为联机血液透析滤过(OL-HDF)组31例和血液透析联用血液灌流(HD+HP)组30例。ELISA方法检测治疗前后血抵抗素,同时测定血尿素氮、肌酐、尿酸、血磷浓度等。结果 OL-HDF和HD+HP组患者治疗后血尿素氮、肌酐、尿酸、血磷及血抵抗素均较治疗前显著下降(P﹤0.01)。血尿素氮、肌酐、尿酸、血磷(P﹤0.01),血抵抗素(P﹤0.05),治疗前后差值OL-HDF组大于HD+HP组。结论 OL-HDF和HD+HP治疗后抵抗素均显著下降(P﹤0.01)。OL-HDF和HD+HP均能清除抵抗素,OL-HDF组较HD+HP组清除抵抗素更显著。OBJECTIVE To investigate the removal of resistin and significance in different type hemopurification techniques for maintenance hemodialysis patients (MHD). METHODS A total of 61 MHD patients were randomly divided into on-line hemodiafiltration group (OL-HDF, n = 31) and hemodialysis with hemoperfusion group (HD+HP, n = 30). ELISA was used for determination of serum resistin, meanwhile urea, creatinine, uric acid and phosphate were measured before and after dial- ysis. RESULTS Serum urea, creatinine, uric acid, phosphate and resistin decreased markedly after treatment with OL-HDF or HD+HP (P 〈 0.01). Urea, creatinine, uric acid, phosphate of OL-HDF group, decreased more obviously than that in HD+ HP group (P 〈 0.01). Reducition of resistin in OL-HDF group was also more evident than that in HD+HP group (P 〈 0.05). CONCLUSION Serum urea, creatinine, uric acid, phosphate and resistin decrease significantly after treatment with OL-HDF and HD+HP (P 〈 0.01). OL-HDF and HD+ HP can efficiently eliminate resistin. OL-HDF eliminates resistin more markedly than HD+HP.
