中国石蒜种子生物学特性研究

摘　　要：目的为中国石蒜的种子繁殖提供科学依据。方法观察种子形态;研究种子千粒重、含水量、生活力、发芽势、发芽率、适宜采收期、出苗率及寿命。结果鲜种子多数为桔瓣形,千粒重为434.83 g,平均含水量为72.87%,平均生活力为84.6%,发芽势与发芽率分别为13.3%和53.3%。10月下旬为种子适宜采收期,秋播种后第三年春才出苗,共需17个月,出苗率为30.55%。种子不能干燥保存,完全干燥后,就失去发芽率。结论中国石蒜可以采用种子进行繁殖,应即采即播,或湿藏春播。Objective To solve techniques on the seed propagation ofLycoyis chinensis. Methods Observed the seed form, study the seed on 1 000-seed weight, water content, vitality, germination energy, germination rate, suitable harvest time, seedling rate and longevity. Results Most seeds were the orange segment-shaped, 1 000- seed weight was 434.83 g, water content was 72.87%, viability was 84.6%, germination energy and germination rate were 13.3% and 53.3%. It was in October on suitable harvest time of seed, emergence time was in spring of the third year, it took 17 months from semination to emergence, emergence rate was 30.55%. The germination rate dropped to zero after the seeds were dried quite. Conclusion Lycoyis chinensis can propagate by seed ,but must sow the seed at once when collecting, or stored in the wet environment,and then sowed it in the spring.
