梳棉机锡林速度对纱线质量的影响

摘　　要：研究了梳棉机锡林速度对成纱质量的影响问题。用PT7000条干测试仪对四档不同锡林速度所加工的纱线质量进行了检测。结果发现随着锡林速度提高,成纱千米棉结随之减少,规律性十分明显,成纱细节和粗节以锡林350 r/min为最佳,成纱条干以450 r/min为最佳,成纱毛羽以296 r/min所加工的纱线最少。总体而言:以锡林速度350 r/min最有利于成纱质量的改善。Yarns produced at four cylinder speeds in a card were tested with PTT000 evenness tester. Test results showed that the number of neps per kilometer yarns reduced as the cylinder revolves fast. Least thin and thick places of yarns were obtained when the cylinder speed was 350 r/min, while the best yarn evenness was achieved at 450 r/min and the least hairiness was at 296 r/min, it is accordingly concluded that a 350r/min cylinder speed is most favorable to improving the yarn quality.
