摘　　要：选取23例应用伊立替康联合替吉奥化疗的晚期大肠癌患者的临床资料,总结护理体会。通过化疗前的心理护理以及健康宣教、化疗期间科学的护理干预,可以减轻伊立替康联合替吉奥的毒性反应,保证化疗方案顺利实施,提高治疗效果。To summarize the nursing experience for the patients with advanced colorectal cancer who were treated by irinotecan combined with tegafur, gimeracil and oteracil potassium capsule, the clinical materials of 23 patients were researched. Psychological nursing and health education before the chemotherapy, and appropriate nursing intervention during the chemotherapy, can reduce the adverse drug reactions, ensure process, and enhance the treatment effect. a smooth chemotherapy
