摘　　要：以苏丹迈达尼储油厂油罐基础环梁工程为例,通过对其具体地理位置、气候及环境特征的分析,提出了具体的施工技术要求及措施,指出油罐基础环梁施工具有一定的特殊性和复杂性,应合理选取工程材料,严格控制施工工艺,以使工程达到质量可靠、观感完美。Taking the project of the foundation ring beam of storage tanks for Madani Oil Factory in Sudan as the example, the paper analyzes its factual geographic location, the climate and the environmental features, points out factual requirements and measures for the factual construction techniques, and indicates the engineering materials should be selected reasonably according to the specialty and complex of the ring beam con- struction of the tank foundation, and has the strict control over the construction craft, so as to attain the reliable quality and attractiveness of the project.
