Numerical Simulation of Influence of Distributor Structure on Gas Distribution in Gas-Solid Bubbling Fluidized Bed

摘  要:根据双流体模型,利用计算流体力学软件Fluent 6.3,在布风板开孔率Φ=3.86%时,对6种布孔方式不同的流化床中气相的分布特性进行了数值模拟,得到了各布孔条件下气相分布规律。结果显示,均匀布孔流化床内产生大量的气泡,气泡分布不均且存在大片流化率很低的区域。在各不均匀布孔流化床中,大小孔间隔排布布风板流化床(E型布风板流化床)内产生的气泡相对较小且分散性较好,气相速度矢量分布较分散均一,流化效果最好。与均匀布孔流化床相比,E型布风板的流化床轴向气相压力脉动更小,径向等压线分布更平缓,表现出轴向和径向气相分布更均匀,对鼓泡流化床的优化设计最有参考价值。Based on two-fluid model, fix the perforated rate Ф= 3.86 % ,numerical simu- lation of the distribution of gas in six different kinds of holes arranged fluidized beds is carried out by CFD software Fluent 6.3. Law of gas distribution under different kind of holes arranged condition is obtained. The result shows that numerous bubbles are pro- duced in fluidized bed of distibuting holes uniformly, and the bubbles distribute uneven- ly. There are large dense areas of low fluid. In each fluidized bed of distributing holes nonuniformly, E fluidized bed (fluidized bed of big holes and small ones cross arranged in the distributor) has smaller size of bubbles, better dispersity and more homogeneous velocity vector of gas. Compared with fluidized bed of distributing holes uniformly, E fluidized bed has smaller fluctuation of axial pressure, more gentle of radial pressure. So, it has the most reference value for optimizing design of bubbling fluidized bed.
