摘 要:针对润滑油加氢脱酸处理装置,对装置流程进行了模拟,分析了现有换热网络,发现了两处违背夹点匹配原则的换热,并根据夹点技术设计原则提出了改造方案。在该方案中充分利用反应生成油和热高分气高温位热源,提高了热能回收率,加热负荷降低了61.8%,冷却负荷降低了84.5%,得到了良好的效果和可观的经济效益。The lubricant hydro-deacidification process was simulated, and the heat ex- changer network of the process was analyzed, too . Based on pinch analysis principles, two unreasonable matches were found out. According to the pinch analysis principle to- tally,a retrofit scheme was proposed. It was pointed out that the high-temperature heat of the reaction oil and the high pressure separation gas could be fully utilized. The heater load decreased to 61.8%,and the cooler load was 84.5%. In addition, the energy effi- ciency of the system increased. Good results and considerable economic benefits were ob- tained.
