不同浓度的ABT6号生根剂处理对油茶硬枝插条成活的影响

摘　　要：文章研究了6种不同浓度的ABT6号生根剂对油茶Camellia oleifera硬枝插条繁殖效果的影响,结果表明:用1000×10-6g/ml和1500×10-6g/ml浓度处理,茎粗>2.5cm的插条在成活率、平均生根数、根长、梢数和梢长方面都表现较优。在对油茶进行扦插时,从提高扦插质量及节约生产成本考虑,可采用茎粗>2.5cm的硬枝作插条,用浓度为1000×10-6g/ml的ABT6号生根剂浸泡插条基部30 min。Effect of six different concentrations of ABT6 rooting agent on hardwood cuttings propagation of Camellia olcit-era was studied in this paper. The results showed that survival rate,average root number,average root length,average shoot number and average shoot length were all better in treatment with 5 （ concentration of 1000×10^-6g/ml） and 6 （ concentration of 1500 ×10^-6g/ml ） than in other treatments which diameter of cuttings greater than 2.5 cm. In order to improve quality of cuttings and reduce the cost of production in C. oleifera, we can soak the cutting which diameter was greater than 2.5 cm for thirty minutes in treatment with 5.
