摘 要:目的:探讨Orem自理模式在青少年糖尿病患儿健康教育中的应用效果。方法:将25例青少年糖尿病患儿随机分为对照组10例和观察组15例。对照组给予功能制护理和常规健康教育;观察组在此基础上,按Orem自理模式进行健康教育。比较两组健康教育效果。结果:观察组教育前后体重指数(BMI)、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及三酰甘油检验值比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),观察组教育后糖尿病相关知识掌握、治疗依从性、心理状态、血糖控制情况及甘油三酯情况与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用Orem自理模式对青少年糖尿病患儿进行健康教育,可帮助患儿掌握疾病相关知识,提高治疗依从性。Objective:To investigate the effect of application of Orem self - care model in health education of children patients with juvenile diabetes. Methods :25 children patients with juvenile diabetes were randomly divided into the control group ( n = 10 ) and the observation group ( n = 15).The conventional functional nursing care and health education was given to the patients in the control group and the patients in the observation group were additionally given health education according to the Orem self - care model. The effect of health education was compared between the two groups. Results : There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of body mass index (BMI), fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2 -hour blood glucose and value of triglyceride (TG) test before and after health education in the observation group (P 〈 0.01 ) ;the differences in the comparison of the grasp of the knowledge about diabetes, treatment compliance, mental state, the control of blood glucose and value of TG between the two groups after health education ( P 〈 O. 05 ). Conclusion: Application of Orem self - care model in health education of children patients with juvenile diabetes can help them master the related knowledge about the disease and improve the treatment compliance.
