摘 要:目的:探讨自我管理教育在肝癌切除术患者康复过程中的应用效果。方法:将60例择期行肝癌切除术的患者随机分为对照组和干预组各30例,对照组行常规护理,干预组在对照组基础上于患者入院第1周、术前、出院前和出院后进行自我管理能力教育。分别于患者入院时和出院6个月采用疾病知识掌握情况调查表和中文版SF-36量表评估两组患者疾病知识掌握情况和生存质量。结果:干预组在出院6个月时疾病知识掌握情况调查表和SF-36量表评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自我管理教育提高了患者对疾病知识的掌握程度,促使患者形成并坚持良好的自我健康管理行为习惯,提高了生活质量。Objective:To investigate the effect of self- management education in the rehabilitation course of patients with hepatectomy for liver cancer. Methods:60 patients undergoing elective hepatectomy were randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group ( 30 cases in each group ). The patients in the control group received routine nursing care and the patients in the intervention group were given education on self - management ability when they were admitted to hospital for one week, before operation and were discharged from hospital on the basis of routine one. The patients'understanding of disease - related knowledge and quality of life were assessed in the two groups by using questionnaire and SF - 36 scale in the Chinese version when the patients were admitted to hospital and after discharge for 6 months. Results :The scores of the patients'understanding of disease - related knowledge and SF - 36 scale were significantly higher in the intervention group than the control group after discharge for 6 months ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : The self - management education has upgraded the level of patients'understanding of disease - related knowledge, promoted patient's behavior in health management and improved their clualitv of life.
