类风湿关节炎与血红蛋白及血小板的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨类风湿关节炎患者血液学改变与疾病的相关性。方法对2005年1月～2012年10月在我科住院的129例类风湿关节炎患者进行回顾性分析。结果患者中贫血的发生率为48%,血小板增多的发生率为39.5%。关节肿胀、疼痛程度、RF、ESR、CRP与血红蛋白呈负相关,与血小板呈正相关。贫血越重,血小板越高,患者的双手骨破坏越重。结论类风湿关节炎患者病情活动程度与血红蛋白呈负相关,与血小板水平呈正相关。Objective To explore the correlation between changes in hemoglobin, platelet and rheumatoid arthritis（RA）. Methods Data of 129 cases of patients with rheumatoid arthritis in our hospital from January 2005 to October 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. Results The incidence of anemia was 48% ,and thrombocytosis was 39. 5 %. Joint swelling,the degree of pain, RF, ESR and CRP was negatively associated with hemoglobin contents, and positively related to platelet amount. The severe the anemia,the higher the platelet contents,and the more serious of bone destruction of hands. Conclusion In patients with rheumatoid arthritis, the severity of diseases is negative correlated with anemia,and positively correlated with the levels of platelet.
