摘 要:为寻找-种适合口蹄疫Asia I抗体标记的胶体金,本研究采用柠檬酸三钠和柠檬酸三钠-鞣酸法分别还原氯金酸溶液,制备纳米胶体金,并分别对制得的胶体金粒子大小、粒径分布情况、稳定性及微观形貌进行了分析,同时进行口蹄疫抗体标记。结果显示,柠檬酸三钠-鞣酸法制备纳米胶体金适合口蹄疫AsiaI抗体的标记,柠檬酸三钠-鞣酸法制备胶体金较稳定.标记的试纸条灵敏度耍高于柠檬酸三钠法。To search for a suitable colloidal gold, in this study, sodium citrate and sodium citrate - tannic acid were used to restore gold chloride acid solution respectively, and the nano colloidal gold was prepared. The properties of particle size, size distribution, stability and morphology of colloidal gold were analyzed, at the same time anti - FMDV type Asia I antibody mark- ers were studied. The results showed that, the preparation of colloidal gold by sodium citrate - tannic acid is more stable, and more suitable for anti -FMDV type Asia I antibody labeled, and the marked test strip sensitivity by sodium citrate - tannic acid is higher than that by sodium cit- rate method.
