海生素对肉鸡消化器官发育的影响

摘  要:选择1日龄AA肉鸡144只,随机分成两组,对照组饲喂玉米一豆粕型基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中添加3%的海生素。试验期6周。在每周末每组取6只鸡,解剖后取肠、肝、胰腺、肌胃、腺胃称重并制作切片。结果:肝、胰腺的平均质量大部分大于对照组;肌胃、腺胃的平均质量大于对照组。试验组各段肠管长度大部分小于对照组。部分周龄差异显著(P〉0.05)。试验组小肠绒毛、肠腺长度均大于对照组。部分周龄差异显著(P〈0.05)或极显著(P〈0.01)。结论:在基础型玉米一豆粕日粮中添加3%的海生素可促进肉鸡消化器官的发育。144 one - day - old AA broilers were randomly divided into two groups. The con- trol group was fed on the basic diet of corn soybean meal formula feed and the experiment group was fed on the basal diet with adding 3% Haishengsu for 6 weeks. Six chickens in each group were randomly selected to dissect at each weekend, the small intestine, liver, pancreas were ob- tained, weighted and made into paraffin section. The results were as follows: The liver, the pancreatic gland average quality majority of the experimental group were bigger than the control group; the muscular stomach and the gland stomach average quality were bigger than the control group;each section of intestines length majority of the experimental group were smaller than the control group. And there were significant difference ( P 〈 0.05 ) or extremely significant difference (P 〈0.01 ) in broilers among some weeks of age. Adding 3% Haishengsu in the cornbean diet can promote the alimentary organs growth of broilers.
