摘　　要：班队在煤矿生产过程中的位置越来越重要,因此如何给科区长及班队长角色定位成为必须解决的问题。本文就这一问题展开了探索与研究,从五个方面阐述了具体做法及取得的效果。Teams and groups play a more and more important role in mine production process, which makes the role positioning of region and shift foreman a pressing problem to be dealt with. The paper probes into the problem and presents the specific practices from five aspects together with its effects.
