摘 要:通过理论计算讨论分析了转炉炉后全FeMnSi脱氧合金化的工艺可行性,并通过现场对比试验进一步验证了其工艺适应性。试验结果表明,全FeMnSi脱氧合金化工艺对LF精炼效果、连铸顺行及钢液洁净度、产品性能没有消极影响。该工艺在充分利用合金化元素脱氧功能,节约合金消耗的同时,降低脱氧成本5.0元/t钢。Process feasibility of the Mn- Si deoxidization alloying had been discussed through the theoretical calculation in this paper, and its process adaptability had also been further to be verified through the field contrast test. Test results showed that the Mn -Si deoxidization alloying technology had no negative effects to the LF refining effects, maintaining the continuous casting and the steel cleanliness, product performance. This process, full use of the deoxidizing function of the alloying elements, saving the alloy consumption, reduced the deoxidizing cost by 5.0 yuan per ton steel.
