摘  要:为进一步探明杏树坐果率低的原因 ,研究了杏树不同品种、不同果枝类型的花粉发芽率。结果表明 :同一品种不同果枝类型花粉发芽率差异不显著 ;杏树不同品种间花粉发芽率存在极显著差异 (99% ) ,其中车头杏最高达 31 7% ;不同品种的培养基最适蔗糖浓度不同 ,大部分品种以 10 %为最好 ,但巴斗杏在蔗糖浓度 5%的培养基上发芽率最高 ,串枝红杏在蔗糖 3个浓度下发芽率基本一致 ;In order to ascertain the reason for low percentage of fruit setting of apricot, the pollen germination of different varieties and fruit branch types was studied. The results showed that there was no remarkable difference in the percentage of pollen germination between different fruit branches of the same variety. But the remarkable difference between different varieties was observed. The percentage of pollen germination of Chetou apricot is highest, 31 7%.Suitable sugar concentration in the culture medium for pollen germination of the varieties is different. The suitable concentration for the most varieties is 10%,but for Badou apricot is 5%.800 thousand international units of penicillin can promote or restrict the pollen germination of different varieties.
