摘　　要：膀胱过度活动症是指以尿频、尿急和紧迫性尿失禁为主要表现的一组临床症状,患者人数排在所有慢性疾患的前10名内。现就A型肉毒毒素治疗膀胱过度活动症的机理、方法、进展及副作用等进行阐述。Overactive bladder （ OAB ） syndrome is the term used to describe the symptom complex of urinary urgency with or without urge incontinence, usually with frequency and nocturia. It is one of the top 10 chronic diseases. This review at-tempts to give an overview about the mechanism, method, progress and side effect of botulinum toxin A for the treatment of overactive bladder.
