摘　　要：电磁风阀是跳汰机的主令控制装置。介绍了可编程序控制器在跳汰机电磁风阀控制中的应用,设计了控制系统的硬件和软件,跳汰参数由拨码盘输入,跳汰过程由可编程序控制器自动控制,整个系统具有运行稳定、安全可靠等特点。The electromagnetic air valve jig master control device, introduced the programmable controller in the electro magnetic valves in jig on the application, the design of the control system hardware and software, jigging parameters from dial input, jigging process by PLC automatic control, the whole system has stable operation, safety and reliability.
