摘　　要：利用Visual Basic 6.0作为主要开发工具,并与Dreamweaver 8及Access相结合,依据环境、职业健康安全、质量管理体系,建立覆盖施工项目的全过程的安全管理模式。通过内业资料管理与分析、资料库、企业信息文档管理、信息交流、现场安全、系统等六大功能模块,对施工项目进行流程化的安全管理,实现了施工项目PDCA全过程循环式安全管理模式。Visual Basic 6.0 is used for the major tools , at the same time the Dreamweaver8 and Access are used for the secondary tools. A model including the whole process of the construction project safety management has been established, which in accordance with the environmental, occupational health and safety, quality system. Construction project safety management is carried out through enterprise＇ s information management and analysis, database, enterprise information and document management, information exchange, on-site safety, system management, the visualization of the construction project management interface has been designed through Visual Basic 6.0; construction project safety management of the whole process and cycle of PDCA has been formed eventually, which including the process of planning （P）, dealing （D）, checking （C）, action （A）.
