摘 要:知识生产是学科建设的重要内容。在传统学科模式下,知识生产以同行评价为合法化机制。通过同行评价机制,新知识在既定学科框架下获得相互承认并传播。随着知识生产模式的变化,产权制度开始成为知识生产中新的激励机制,知识产权遂成为关乎学科承认的新的合法化机制。知识产权制度对于大学的学科建设利弊参半。一方面知识产权制度有利于大学科研成果的转化,提升现代大学服务经济社会发展的能力;另一方面知识产权制度也在加速知识的私人化,损害大学的公共性,不利于基础研究的原始创新。Knowledge production is the focus of discipline construction. According to the traditional discipline mode, knowledge production should be based on leer evaluation which is generally considered as the legitimate mechanism. Newly-produced knowledge could be acknowledged and disseminated with the existence of peer evaluation mechanism. With the changes of production mode, institution of intellectual property has taken the place of being the new motivation system. Therefore the intellectual property is closely related to the acknowledgement of new discipline. Intellectual property institution has both advantages and disadvantages. For one thing, intellectual property institution is beneficial for the conversion of the scientific research achievements and the improvement of university ability to serve the economic development of society. For another, popularization of the intellectual property system has stepped up the personalization of knowledge which does great damage to the publicity of colleges as well as the original innovation of fundamental research.
