摘 要:目的利用3.0T MRA显示大脑前动脉A1段并对双侧的解剖发育差异性进行初步研究。方法对255例接受大脑前动脉3.0T磁共振血管成像检查的患者图像进行回顾性分析,结合横断面图像观察双侧大脑前动脉A1段发育变异情况。结果共有61例患者双侧大脑前动脉动脉A1段存在先天的发育差异,占全部病例数的23.9%,其中左侧大脑前动脉A1段优势支26例占所有病例数的10.2%,占所有变异病例数的42.6%;右侧大脑前动脉A1段优势支35例占所有病例数的13.7%,占存在变异病例数的57.4%;双侧大脑前动脉A1段均势型194例。结论 3.0T MRA能够较好的显示与评价大脑前动脉A1段发育差异性,准确判断优势支,可以合理解释单侧脑缺血症状的病因。Objective To study the difference of the bilateral anatomy development of the A 1 segment of anterior cerebral artery with 3.0T Magnetic Resonance Angiography (MRA). Method The MRA images of bilateral anterior cerebral artery of all patients(n=255) were analyzed retrospectively, and the developmental condition of the A 1 segment of bilateral anterior cerebral artery were analyzed combining the axial images. Result There were 61 (23. 9% of all patients) patients with congenital heteroplasia of A 1 segment of bilateral anterior cerebral artery in total, including 26( 10.2% of all patients) cases of the left advantage: 35 (13.7% of all patients) patients had the right advantage; 194 cases were bilateral balance, Conclusion 3.0 T MRA could display and evaluate the development difference of anterior cerebral artery A 1 segment better, which helps to make an accurate judgement of the advantage branch, and it's reasonable to explain the cause of unilateral symptoms of cere- bral ischemia.
