摘  要:目的评价0.35T低场MR双激发Balance-SSFP序列轴位扫描内耳水成像的可能性。材料与方法首先对0.35TMR上双激发Balance-SSFP序列扫描参数进行选择调整,形成优化的双激发Balance-SSFP序列;其次分别使用0.35TMR优化的双激发Balance-SSFP序列和1.5TMR上的双激发Balance-SSFP序列对5名正常成人内耳行轴位扫描;最后对2组轴位图像进行比较,并利用多平面重建(MPR)、最大密度投影(MIP)、内耳容积再现(VR)进行图像重建,对2组重建图像进行评分对比。结果 0.35TMR上优化的双激发Balance-SSFP序列同1.5TMR上的双激发Balance-SSFP序列的内耳水成像图像质量评分无统计学差异。结论在低场0.35T磁共振上对双激发Balance-SSFP序列相关参数的选择调整后,能明显提高内耳水成像图像质量满足临床要求。Objective To evaluate the capability of liqnid imaging of inner ear in transverse plane in 0.35T MR scaner using doubly excited balance SSFP Sequence. Materials and Methods Firstly,to regulate the parameters of doubly excited balance SSFP Sequence in 0. 35T MR scaner, and to lbrm the optimized doubly excited balance SSFP Sequence: Secondly, 5 health volunteers wnderwent transverse scanning of inner ear by optimized doubly excited balance SSFP sequence in 0.35T MR scarier and doubly excited balance SSFP sequence in 1.5T MR scaner respectively: Finally to score and compare the two sets of images, and to reconstruct, score and compare the two post-processive sets of images by multiplanar reformation(MPR), maximum intensity projection (MIP)and volume render (VR) respectively. Results There is no significant difference between scores of two groups to liquid imagings of inner ear by optimized doubly excited balance SSFP sequence in 0.35T MR scaner and the doubly excited balance SSFP sequence in 1.5T MR scaner. Conclusion The parameters of doubly excited balance SSFP sequence in 0.35T MR scauer can be regulated to improve quality of inner ear liquid images and meet the requirements of clinics.
