预防跟骨骨折外侧切口术后早期并发软组织问题的临床经验及探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨跟骨骨折选取外侧切口术后早期并发的软组织问题是否不可避免,是否可通过外科操作等方法降低其发生率。方法 2010年1月～2012年5月,收集Sanders分型Ⅱ～Ⅳ型跟骨骨折33例临床病例资料,采用外侧改良"L"形切口,通过合理的外科手术操作和围手术期处理,观察伤口愈合情况。结果 33例中27例为甲级愈合,5例为乙级愈合,1例为丁级愈合。结论通过改良切口设计、合理的手术操作和正确的术后处理,可减少跟骨骨折外侧切口术后早期并发软组织问题。Objective To explore whether it is inevitable to occur early postoperative soft tissue complica- tions after performing lateral incision in calcaneal fracture patients, and the possibility of reducing its incidence through surgical operation. Methods Data of 33 cases of Sanders type II -IV ealeaneal fracture were collected from Jan. 2010 to May 2012. All patients were treated by using the lateral modified ＇iL＂ shaped incision,combined with reasonable surgical procedures and peri-operative management. Conditions of the wound healing were ob- served. Results Among all the 33 patients,condition of wound healing indicated 27 cases of grade A,5 cases of grade B, and 1 case of grade D. Conclusion Modified incision design, reasonable surgical procedure and correct postoperative management can reduce early postoperative soft tissue complications following the lateral incision in caleaneal fracture patients.
