纳米银纱条用于鼻内镜术后鼻腔填塞的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨纳米银纱条在鼻腔填塞的临床应用价值。方法将纳米银纱条填塞组与传统的凡士林纱条填塞组进行比较,了解局部症状、抽纱条后出血量、填塞物出现腐臭味及局部渗出物方面有无差异性。结果两组在术后抽取纱条引起鼻出血量及自我不适症状均无差异性(P>0.05)。两组患者填塞物出现腐臭味及局部渗出物方面有差异性(P<0.05)。结论纳米银纱条具有强效的杀菌作用,可延长纱条填塞时间,避免了纱条填塞过久带来的感染,也减少了因纱条抽取过早带来的出血较多,是一种较理想的鼻腔填塞物。Objective To evaluate the clinical value of nano-silver gauze in nosal packing. Methods The nano-silver gauze group was compared with the traditional vasehne to observe the differences of the local symptoms,amount of bleeding after extracting gauze,putrefactive odor of stuffing and local exudate. Results The amount of bleeding following extracting gauze and the local symptoms appeared no differences between two group in （P〉0.05）,while there were difference between the putrefactive oder of stuffing and local exudate of gauze（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nano-silver gauze has superactive bactericidal effect,and can extend the time of packing,avoid infection after long-time packing,and reduce the amount of bleeding after extracting gauze.
