摘 要:目的:测量不同外部激励下健康上颌前牙的振动频率,分析外部激励大小对上颌前牙牙齿振动频率的影响,为上颌前牙牙齿振动频率的测定提供校正曲线。方法:运用牙齿振动频率测试系统对临床20名志愿者的50颗健康上颌前牙进行不同外部激励下牙齿振动频率的测定,分析外部激励大小与上颌前牙振动频率的相关关系。结果:在不超过20 N的可耐受外部激励下,正常上颌前牙的振动频率介于580 Hz~830 Hz之间,消除加速度传感器附加质量影响后振动频率为632 Hz~904 Hz。统计分析得出,在可耐受外部激励范围内,上颌前牙振动频率与外激励呈显著正相关(r=0.944,P<0.01)。随着外部激励的增大,上颌前牙的振动频率呈线性增大趋势。结论:振动频率与外激励的关系曲线可以作为上颌前牙振动频率测定后的校正曲线。校正后的牙齿振动频率可以作为反映牙周组织健康状况的参考指标。To investigate the relationship between the teeth vibration and the impact force. Method: Dif- ferent impact forces and corresponding vibration frequencies of fifty normal maxillary anterior teeth(NMAT) were measured by using the teeth vibration test system. Then the relationship between the impact force and the vibration frequency of NMAT was investigated. Result:The average bearable impact force of NMAT was under 20 N. Under these forces,the vibration fre- quency of NMAT was varied from 580 to 830 Hz,and the final frequency values turned to be 632-904 Hz after eliminating the errors resulting from the quality of accelerometer appended to teeth. Moreover,there was a significantly linear relationship (r=0.944,P 〈0.01) between the impact force and the teeth vibration frequency. As the increasing of the impact force,the teeth frequency increased. Conclusion: The linear relationship between the impact force and the teeth vibration frequency was re- garded as the calibration curve. And the vibration frequency modified by the calibration curve can describe the periodontium condition.
